Addons
NOTE: Bias application has built-in addons online-repository navigator. Using it is the easiest way to install addons (resolves dependencies automatically). Though, you may also download addons separately from this page and install them manually offline. Also note, that if some addon depends on another addon (uses it, most offen this is some library), you’ll have to install it first.
Extensions
PlainText - simple extension, that provides an ability to create usual text notes; only font size can be adjusted (font itself is monospaced).
Extension is provided by R. Kasianenko, an author of Bias application.

HTMLPage - extension to create notes in HTML format; has built-in visual (WYSIWYG) editor and ability to view/edit HTML-code; extension is intended for storing formatted text with images, links (btw, implemented creation of usual “external” links as well as “internal” ones - pointing to another organizer data entries) etc., also quite suitable for storing working versions of entries, which are going to be published in the blog; it’s possible to save notes as usual HTML-page files.
Extension is provided by R. Kasianenko, an author of Bias application.

ToDoList - list of tasks to do with ability to sort them by priority, status etc. (set of priorities/statuses is configurable); besides of short task description, it’s possible to add extended description, including images, links etc. (analogously to HTMLPage extension).
Extension is provided by R. Kasianenko, an author of Bias application.

FilePack - allows to organize and store pack of files; besides of storing, files can be viewed/edited (initially, file is open for viewing in standard system viewer/editor; if any changes were made to file, edited version can be placed back to organizer by clicking on “apply changes” button); if user would like to keep some important documents with him, but they still have to be protected from unauthorized access (even if USB-Flash drive they are stored on is lost), this extension is what user needs (file is decrypted when opened for viewing, and if there were some changes, new version of the file is encrypted and replaces old one in organizer; for user, though, this process is “transparent” and he just works with files as usually - view/edit/save; the only disadvantage - if file was open and changed, besides usual save procedure in system editor, user should not forgot about “apply changes” button inside organizer, otherwise old version will be kept in it).
Extension is provided by R. Kasianenko, an author of Bias application.

Graffiti - extension to store images with very simple built-in mini-image-editor having only very basic instruments for painting (though, of course, presents possibility to load/save files of common image formats like JPG/GIF/PNG etc.); is suitable for simple “handmade” graphical sketches и schemes; also can be used in cases when some image file should be stored in organizer permanently, but there’s a need to make some marks on it from time to time.
Extension is provided by R. Kasianenko, an author of Bias application.

Dependencies:
- JCIFS library
Synchronizer - tool for data synchronization between different Bias application workspaces at different PCs; is quite suitable in cases, when user prefers to work with local copies of application instead of carrying one copy on USB-Flash drive all the time; built-in scheduling system of automatic import/export is quite flexible and allows to perform both non-repeat operations binded to certain event (import on start, export on save and/or exit) and periodic operations (for example, data import every two hours and so on); it worth to mention that application core automatically optimizes requests to data import/export - if data haven’t been changed till last transfer operation time, operation wouldn’t be performed again (traffic and time economy); another important moment is that Bias provides an information about export time and user that performed it - thus, it’s even possible to organize more or less agreed and transparent approach for cooperative work of several users of different Bias application copies, which are synchronized between each other; for the fairness, it should be noted, that there’s a nuance that limits Bias usage for such a purposes only to relatively small working groups and non-complex schemes of cooperation: there’s no protection from concurrent modifications of the same category/data-entry (meaning, Bias can be used for cooperative work only in some cases and where there’s specified organization of such a process: for example, there won’t be problems if each user edits only certain categories/data-entries, that another users only view or if shared items are edited by different users alternately).

Reminder - reminder manager with ability to create both non-repeat and periodic events; handy functions are: reminders are created in form of HTML-page with ability to add images, links etc., quick and flexible control of view modes: it’s possible to delete reminder (only for non-repeat ones) or postpone it to next time (only for periodic ones) or to some specific time period (5 minutes, 1 hour, etc.) right from reminder’s pop-up window; particular interest of using this extension appears when it’s used in combination with Synchronizer tool-extension; meaning, user can work with reminders independently of where they were created and where user is at the moment reminders have to be displayed (for example, at home or at work, with the assumption that copies of Bias application configured for cross-synchronization are present in both places).
Tool is provided by R. Kasianenko, an author of Bias application.

- JCalendar library

Tool is provided by R. Kasianenko, an author of Bias application.
